About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to help grow and strengthen our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated by achieving results. The ideal candidate is proactive, competitive, organized, and comfortable spending 3–4 days per week on the road visiting clients and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospective and current clients
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies
- Represent Can-Save at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions
- Understand customer challenges and provide tailored product solutions
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer activity, opportunities, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and support
- Contribute ideas and problem-solving solutions to support team and customer success
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Kitchen and Bath industry
- Proven success in an outside sales or territory sales role
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong understanding of the sales process and relationship management
- Experience using CRM software
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel and stay overnight when required
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license required
