Full-Time Receptionist – Journey Chrysler
Journey Chrysler is looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Port Coquitlam.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits or calls the dealership. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time daytime position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist with customer inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate team member
- Process customer payments, including cash, debit, credit card, and cheques
- Issue receipts and provide accurate change when required
- Use the dealership computer system to calculate and process customer bills
- Maintain customer and company confidentiality at all times
- Assist with daily administrative duties as needed
- Process the morning bank deposit
- Communicate with other dealerships to help coordinate dealer trades
- Assist with paperwork such as bill of sale preparation as needed

What we are looking for:
- Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset
- Dealership experience is considered an asset, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable using computers and handling phone systems
