Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the safe and efficient progress of construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including moving materials and tools.
- Perform restoration work and apply construction techniques as needed.
- Support the installation of flooring and tiles, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Experience or familiarity with caulking and painting in construction settings is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
