Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess residential experience in custom home or subdivision housing projects. Must have a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will work closely with other tradespeople and must be able to interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with HVAC professionals to ensure integrated system functionality.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
- Execute basic carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in assembly and welding tasks when necessary.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing.
- Proficient in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to plumbing installation.
