Summary
We are seeking a Retail, Hospitality & Experiential Manager to lead our customer experience at our distillery location in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring our visitors enjoy an exceptional experience that reflects our passion for quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail and hospitality areas to ensure smooth service.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through personalized service and engaging interactions.
- Manage customer relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate tasting sessions, tours, and special events to enhance visitor engagement.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and products.
- Train and supervise staff to uphold high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or retail management.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with cash handling and basic financial procedures.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of alcohol regulations and safety standards is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
