We are seeking 4 Security Escorts to join our team.
The base salary + primes = 24$ / Hour.
Half Time after 40 hours.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited):
- Ensure the supervision and safety of beneficiaries, both within the client’s premises and during various organized activities.
- Accompany staff during beneficiaries’ transportation, ensuring safety throughout the journey and stops, and follow the established protocol in case of emergencies.
- Provide necessary support to the entire team involved in the beneficiaries’ rehabilitation process at a designated location.
- Observe beneficiaries’ behavior and dynamics to identify potential risks to their health or safety, immediately report any situation that could escalate, and document relevant facts to the educators.
- Conduct regular safety rounds.
- Intervene in case of crises and/or immediate risks to beneficiaries and staff, including physical intervention if required, strictly for protective purposes, using minimal necessary force in accordance with pre-established protocols.
- Conduct, at the request of responsible staff, limited searches of individuals or specific locations.
- Escort the beneficiary throughout all journeys (plane, car, etc.), ensure their safety, accompany them during all movements while maintaining the secure conduct of the operation, and preserve the integrity of various premises.
- Provide first aid in urgent situations.
