Clean Cut Fabrication is looking to hire a full-time employee with experience of the following:
Core Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Review blueprints to determine specifications, then install, align, and calibrate proper tooling (punches and dies).
- Operation & Programming: Operate press brake, inputting data for bends, angles, and dimensions.
- Production: Load and manipulate metal sheets and plates, executing precise bends to create parts.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces using precision tools like calipers and angle protractors, ensuring they meet tolerances.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine, light maintenance on machinery and follow safety procedures (PPE) in a loud, industrial environment.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Skill: Experience with a brake press and ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
- Mathematical Ability: Strong understanding of arithmetic and geometry to calculate bending allowances and tonnages.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience: Relevant experience, 1–3 years is required
Clean Cut Fabrication can offer a guaranteed minimum 40 hour work week with ample opportunity for overtime as jobs/projects come in. We offer an excellent benefits package after 3 months.
