Position: Finance IT Project Coordinator
Location: Oshawa, ON (Hybrid - 2 days remote)
Structure: Contract 24 months
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables-
Coordinate day-to-day project activities for the Finance Modernization program by managing schedules, meetings, milestones, project documentation, governance activities, and administrative deliverables to support successful project execution.

Maintain project governance artifacts including RAID logs, decision logs, audit trails, project documentation, SharePoint repositories, shared mailboxes, project trackers, and reporting while ensuring information remains accurate, current, and accessible.

Support project financial and operational administration by coordinating purchase orders, invoice validation, procurement documentation, resource requests, license tracking, and other project control activities to ensure smooth project operations.

Serve as the primary coordination point between the Project Manager, workstream leads, business stakeholders, and support teams by facilitating communications, tracking action items, following up on outstanding deliverables, and ensuring project teams have the information required to meet project milestones.
Experience Required

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with demonstrated experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or similar project support roles.

Strong experience supporting large-scale business transformation, modernization, ERP, Finance, or cross-functional enterprise projects, including project planning, scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder support.

Proven knowledge of project governance processes including RAID management, decision logs, document control, audit trails, action tracking, project reporting, and governance documentation.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, with experience administering project collaboration sites, shared mailboxes, calendars, document repositories, and project records.

Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with experience supporting project financial administration, purchase orders, invoice processing, procurement coordination, and managing multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments.
