We are a locally owned, eco-friendly residential cleaning company serving Victoria and surrounding areas. We take pride in providing high-quality, detailed cleans while creating a positive, respectful work environment for our team.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaner who enjoys creating beautiful, clean spaces and takes pride in their work.
Position Details
- Part-time position (approximately 15–30 hours/week)
- Flexible weekday scheduling
- Daytime hours (typically between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Evenings and weekends off
- Paid biweekly
- Starting wage: $23/hour
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- Opportunity for raises and growth within the company
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential cleans including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and deep cleaning tasks
- Follow Artisan Cleaning Co. standards and checklists
- Provide friendly and professional service to clients
- Care for homes as if they were your own
- Maintain a high attention to detail
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Provide courteous customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during visits
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times
Experience
- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset (training provided for the right person)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies)
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- A friendly attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building client trust
