Job Description
We’re hiring a tech-savvy Self-Checkout Attendant to assist customers with self-service registers, ensuring smooth, friendly, and accurate transactions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Help customers complete transactions, resolve scanning or payment issues, and verify age-restricted purchases
- Keep the self-checkout area clean, organized, and safe
- Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and escalate technical issues as needed
- Support front-end team with bagging, cart organization, and customer flow
- Report suspicious activity or safety concerns to management
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
- Able to stand and walk for long periods; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
