MalOPlus™ Group Inc., provides Business Development services in the fields of Accounting, Administration and Marketing. Our goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses explore outsourcing solutions to minimize their administrative and operating costs. We also offer to home-based self-employed professionals, a network that provides contractual work.
MalOPlus™ Group Inc., is a collective of 3 companies operating under the MalOPlus™ Brand and a few other sister companies managing other Brands owned by MalOPlus™ Group Inc. This position is for one of these subdivisions.
Job Description
The following is a summary of the Independent Professional or I.P.’s responsibilities This list is not final and may be subject to modification.
- Sales activities:
- Develop/ Maintain/ Visit the client accounts in his/her territory
- Make regular follow ups with existing clients to maintain the durability and profitability of the relations
- Prepare sales proposals
- Develop new client accounts through drop-in visits
- Attend various corporate presentations (virtual and in person)
- Write various articles
- Manage web networking activities, blogs, social media and other on line forums
- Create networking opportunities / Participate in business forums
- Organise/Coordinate sales seminars/webinars
- Meet and exceed fixed sales objectives
- Perform any other related task
- Sales Operations Management:
- Enter all prospects, potential and actual clients in the Client Relation Management systems (CRM)
- Manage/Coordinate activities on the accounts of his/her clients
- Customer service and problem-solving (2nd level) on the accounts of his/her clients
- Narrow collaboration with the recruiting team (2nd interview) to insure adequate selection of the contractors
- Supervision of MOPIP (MalOPlus Independent Professionals) assigned on the accounts of his/her clients
- Assist in the development and the implementation of internal improvements to sales systems and processes
- Management/active use of the work systems and tools
- Perform any other related task

Additional Information
LOCATION
Work from your Home-Office
Can work from anywhere from Canada or USA, as long as we have openings in your area.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and/or customer service
Good knowledge of the various legislations in his/her field of expertise (asset)
Training in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, an asset
Experience in remote work from home office
REMUNERATION:
Based on experience – Commission-based only

Flexibles hours
Part-Time (minimum 15 hours per week) or Full-Time (40 hours)
Week-days, Evening & Week-end Shifts available
