Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Project Cordinator to join our team. This role requires someone who can manage projects from concept to completion while also executing strong, production-ready design work.
You’ll be the bridge between clients, sales, and production—ensuring timelines are met, designs are accurate, and projects move efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from intake to final delivery
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and approvals
- Coordinate with production and installation teams
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively
Graphic Design
- Create and prepare artwork for print and large/small format production
- Ensure files are accurate, properly scaled, and production-ready
- Design signage, branding materials, and marketing collateral
- Review and revise client-supplied artwork
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in project management, graphic design, or a similar hybrid role
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset.
- Experience in print production and large-format graphics is a strong asset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Strong English
