GFLY Healthcare Services is expanding its Concierge Healthcare Services and is seeking compassionate, professional, and dependable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide exceptional in-home care for clients recovering from cosmetic surgery and postpartum clients.

Position Summary
As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide client-centred care in the comfort of clients' homes. Working collaboratively with our nursing team, you will support clients throughout their recovery while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
· Support clients recovering from cosmetic surgery and postpartum clients according to individualized care plans.
· Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, nutrition, hydration, and comfort.
· Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
· Assist with medication reminders or medication assistance, where permitted by role and organizational policy.
· Maintain accurate client documentation and complete incident reports as required.
· Follow Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) standards and organizational policies.
· Protect client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with PHIPA.
· Promote client dignity, respect, professional boundaries, and safe care practices.
· Communicate effectively with clients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Employment Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
· Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or proof of nursing registration, as applicable.
· Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration verification (for nurses, where applicable).
· Current CPR and Standard First Aid Certification.
· Successful Vulnerable Sector Check.
· Professional reference checks.
· Completion of Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) training.
· Completion of WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety training.
· Completion of PHIPA (Privacy and Confidentiality) training.
· Completion of Post-Operative Cosmetic Surgery Recovery training.
· Completion of Medication Assistance/Administration training, as applicable to the role.
· Completion of Documentation and Incident Reporting training.
· Completion of Abuse Prevention, Professional Boundaries, and Client Dignity training.
· Valid Class G or G2 Driver's Licence with reliable transportation.
· Professional liability insurance.
· Experience providing home care, community care, post-operative care, or postpartum care is considered an asset.

Mandatory Training
Candidates who have not yet completed all required training may be required to successfully complete outstanding mandatory training prior to providing client care, in accordance with GFLY Healthcare Services' policies and applicable legislation.
Mandatory training includes:
· Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC).
· WHMIS.
· Occupational Health and Safety Orientation.
· PHIPA (Privacy and Confidentiality).
· Post-Operative Cosmetic Surgery Recovery.
· Medication Assistance/Administration (as applicable).
· Documentation and Incident Reporting.
· Abuse Prevention.
· Professional Boundaries.
· Client Dignity and Respect.
