Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled US Immigration Attorney to join our team on a remote, full-time basis, starting August 1, 2026.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of proven experience handling both corporate and individual US immigration matters. This role requires full availability during regular business hours, Eastern Time (ET). You will manage a diverse caseload including employment-based green cards, family-based petitions, waivers, and non-immigrant visas.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Intake: Conduct legal consultations with prospective clients, assess the merits of their cases, and manage the retention and onboarding process.
- Strategic Advising: Advise and represent corporate clients and individuals across all aspects of US immigration law, providing tailored strategic solutions.
- Application Preparation & Filing: Independently prepare, review, and submit high-quality applications for:
- Employment-Based Green Cards: EB-1, EB-2 (including NIW), and EB-3 categories.
- Family-Based Petitions: Adjustment of Status (AOS) and Consular Processing.
- Non-Immigrant Visas & Work Permits: L-1, TN, E-1, E-2, H-1B, O-1, etc.
- Inadmissibility Waivers: Form I-601, Form I-192, Form I-212, and Non-Immigrant Waivers (212(d)(3)).
- Case Management: Liaise effectively with clients, government agencies (USCIS, DOS, CBP), and other key stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain an exceptionally high standard of legal work with rigorous attention to detail, strict compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Licensure: J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school and active, good-standing membership in any US State Bar.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience practicing US immigration law (covering all categories listed above).
- Schedule: Ability to work full-time hours aligned with the Eastern Time zone.
- Skills: Exceptional legal drafting, communication, and case management skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
