The Pleasant Plumber is growing and looking for one exceptional Red Seal Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Winnipeg.
We're building one of the top residential plumbing companies in the city and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, treats customers with respect, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
This position is ideal for a plumber who works efficiently, communicates professionally with homeowners, and consistently delivers high-quality work with minimal callbacks.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- No on-call requirements
- Occasional Saturday (approximately once per month)
Compensation
In addition to one of the highest hourly wages in Winnipeg, you'll earn a percentage of the revenue you generate through our bonus program.

What We're Looking For
- Red Seal Journeyman Plumber
- Residential plumbing experience preferred
- Installation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to diagnose and solve plumbing issues confidently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
