Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time permanent Bulk Plant Operator to join its vibrant team. The bulk plant operator will be part of a 24/7 high-volume operation, responsible for managing the unloading of up to 50 railcars and 20 intermodals per day, coordinating rail switching, and overseeing simultaneous product handling and loading across tracks equipped with dedicated receiving pits and multiple conveyor and scale systems.

Your Work Schedule
- Night Shift: From 6pm to 6am
- Day Shift: From 6am to 6pm
- Rotating schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct mobile equipment inspections
- Confirm shift loading goals with supervisor and team members
- Complete pre-loading computer tasks (assign container, arrange for assigned container to be placed on scale
- Complete transloading and post-loading
- Operate support machinery (bulk loading equipment, bobcat, toyota forklift, cat forklift, clark loader, monster)

- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (site not accessible by public transportation)
