The Client Relations Financial Representative will provide support to branch teams by answering incoming calls on various trade and market related questions related to equities, mutual funds and bonds. They will work in both an independent and team structure while considering different variables such as legal/regulatory guidelines and risk to the firm.
Associate will not provide recommendations on the suitability of investments as it pertains to clients.
They will service clients who require trade assistance in the absence of the Financial Advisor. Including review of each order request for accuracy, discussing trade details and costs with the client while ensuring we are following firm compliance and industry rules.
They will service clients by answering incoming telephone calls and written correspondence directly from clients on a variety of topics including: client statements, account activity, trade confirmations, complaints and general firm/industry information. All issues will be reviewed and responded to accordingly. Associate will report potential fraudulent situations to leaders in an effort to reduce risk to the firm.
Shift Time: 7AM - 4 PM CST
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) must be complete and up to date for licensing

1 - 3 years of experience in securities industry

Good overall knowledge of equity, mutual fund and fixed income trades
