Job Description
We are looking for someone who has experience providing show-stopping hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Bartenders will bring professional, enthusiastic hospitality & and contribute to the incredible success of Atlantic Canada's leading restaurants. Our Bartenders are known for creating unique connections with their guests at the bar, while creating an awe-inspiring array of classic & custom cocktails for all guests.
The Day to Day:
- Unwavering dedication to providing The Bertossi Group’s incredible standard for hospitality
- Extensive knowledge of classic & custom cocktails, International wines, domestic & imported beers
- Efficient multi-tasking of fulfilling drink chits & providing full-service to guests at the bar
- Adhering to all rules under our liquor licence, including accurate pouring
- Full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings in order assist guests with menu selections, including all modifications for dietary restrictions and allergens
- Impeccable table maintenance, accuracy on POS orders, and willingness to assist all staff with clearing, food running, etc.
- Ensures proper health and safety procedures are followed by all team members
- Safe & efficient completion of all side-duties, including opening & closing duties
- Other duties as assigned or required
