Mature, responsible individual required as general handyperson to assist with maintaining various properties. The applicant must be bondable, have a valid driver's license and be able to drive with an attached utility trailer. Duties will include minor plumbing and drywall replacement and repair, painting and minor construction. Must have experience with drywall installation. Must be capable of heavy lifting and transporting refuse to landfill. Preference will be given to individuals with experience, and some tools. Wage is negotiable. Accommodation is available and would form part of the compensation package. Having your own tools would be helpful.
