The team at Kinetica Print, a division of Growth Media North America, Inc, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an outbound sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships within the commercial print industry.
The ideal candidate is a true hunter — someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting new businesses, cold calling, and closing new opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our products and services, and developing a strong pipeline of new business.
Our company provides a wide range of commercial print solutions including business cards, catalogues, menus, signage, labels, marketing materials, packaging products, and more.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct sales presentations and product consultations
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate print and marketing solutions
- Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing client communication
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity expectations
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
- Experience in print, signage, packaging, marketing, or B2B sales is considered an asset
- Previous experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Comfortable meeting clients in person and conducting sales presentations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation
This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with a recoverable monthly draw against future commissions.
Team members receive a monthly draw of $3,165, which functions as an advance against future commissions earned.
Commissions generated are reconciled against the draw, and any commissions earned above the draw amount are paid in addition to regular draw payments.
This role offers uncapped earning potential and is ideal for motivated, results-driven individuals looking to grow their income based on performance.
A car allowance will be provided after training and candidate is actively training.
