Overview
We are a growing bakery and coffee shop in Orleans dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality french baked goods and excellent customer service. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Barista to join our team at our coffee and bakery shop. If you enjoy creating great coffee, providing excellent customer service, and working in a welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Assist with displaying bakery products and maintaining product presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Support daily opening and closing tasks
- Work collaboratively with the bakery and café team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred; experience with food industry standards is a plus.
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
