Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is hiring a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our established pelvic health program. This is not a clinic that simply lists pelvic health as a service. We have clients calling daily looking for care for their pelvic health needs, and we have the systems, spaces, mentorship, and team experience to support clinicians who are passionate about this work.
Your pelvic caseload can reflect your interests. Some clinicians prefer to treat a couple of pelvic clients alongside a broader orthopaedic caseload, while others choose to grow toward a nearly 100% pelvic specialty practice. Compensation range from $85,000 to $120,000 — let us show you how!

What You’ll Do
As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at EPA, you will assess and treat clients with pelvic health concerns while building a caseload that reflects your interests, experience, and preferred mix of pelvic and orthopaedic care.

Assess and treat pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and male pelvic health needs.

Educate clients using models, supplies, and practical tools that help them understand their bodies and take an active role in their care.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, client goals, and evidence-informed care.

Collaborate with experienced pelvic colleagues when clinical questions arise or when you want to deepen your reasoning around complex cases.

Participate in paid pelvic rounds and ongoing learning opportunities as you continue to grow your pelvic health practice.

This is an active pelvic health program with real demand. Clients call EPA daily looking for pelvic health care, and pelvic caseloads can vary depending on clinician interest, clinic demand, location, and availability. Who We’re Looking For

Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Pelvic health training or experience is preferred, but strong interest and commitment to pelvic health professional development will be considered.

A genuine passion for pelvic health and for helping clients navigate personal, sensitive, and often life-changing concerns.

Excellent communication skills, clinical reasoning, and the ability to create a safe, respectful, and supportive treatment environment.
