About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of a leading global financial services organization for an experienced TM1 Developer. This opportunity involves building enterprise financial planning, reporting, and analytics solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). You will collaborate with globally distributed business and technology teams while contributing to mission-critical financial applications.

Role Overview
As a TM1 Developer, you will participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through production deployment. You will design, develop, and enhance enterprise planning and reporting applications while partnering closely with business users and global technology teams. The ideal candidate is technically strong, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Technologies
- 5–10 years of IBM TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics development experience.
- Expert knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Strong experience designing TM1 Cubes.
- Hands-on experience with Turbo Integrator (TI), Rules Engine, and TM1 scripting.
- Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), PA Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx).
- Experience implementing and maintaining TM1 Security.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Python scripting experience.
- Experience using the TM1py module.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within globally distributed teams.

- Agile development experience.
- Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Financial Planning & Reporting domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and maintain TM1 Cubes, Turbo Integrator processes, Rules, and Security.
- Build reporting and analytics solutions using PAW, PA Web, and PAx.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and globally distributed technology teams across multiple regions.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by following development best practices and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and TM1py where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of enterprise TM1 development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services organizations.
- Experience working on enterprise planning and reporting platforms.
- Agile or Scrum experience.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams.
