This spring, we’re launching an exciting new menu evolution featuring elevated Japanese-inspired cuisine, including Aburi-style sushi, premium ingredients, and unforgettable guest experiences. From vibrant rooftop dining to high-end private events and luxury celebrations, Parker Rooftop is where culinary creativity meets one of the best views in the city.
We are looking for talented, passionate Sushi Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and take pride in precision, presentation, and teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality sushi, sashimi, rolls, and Aburi-style sushi with consistency and precision
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
- Supporting menu development and execution for premium dining experiences and special events
- Working collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices are always followed
- Contributing to a positive, professional, and team-driven kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sushi Cook in a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment
- Experience with Aburi-style sushi preparation is a strong asset
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
- A positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules
