We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Support/Bookkeeper to join our team.
Position Summary
The Office Administrative Support/ Bookkeeper will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys multitasking, and has strong bookkeeping and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage front operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain Office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Assist with filing, documents preparation, scheduling, and general office upkeep.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as required
Bookkeeping:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare sales orders
- Prepare invoices
- Prepare Purchase Orders
- AR Collections
- Record Petty cash transactions and reconcile
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial tasks, related to your responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and bookkeeping required.
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Post-secondary Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
