Prime Living Rentals Saskatchewan is hiring a part time team member to assist with apartment showings, leasing support, and resident communication across our growing Regina rental portfolio.
We are looking for someone who is: Organized, reliable, and self motivated Strong with communication and technology Professional, energetic, and personable Comfortable working independently Familiar with Regina neighbourhoods and rental housing Able to confidently manage resident interactions and day to day problem solving
Previous experience in leasing, property management, apartment operations, hospitality, administration, or resident relations would be considered a major asset. Ideally, we would love to find someone who has worked in a similar role before and can integrate smoothly into a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include: Conducting apartment showings throughout Regina Responding to leasing inquiries through text, phone, and software platforms Assisting residents with general questions and service coordination Managing communication through Buildium, messaging systems, and online platforms Coordinating with maintenance vendors and internal team members Helping maintain organized leasing and resident records
Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and online software systems Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends Knowledge of Regina neighbourhoods and rental market considered a strong asset
This is not a traditional office role. We are looking for someone adaptable, efficient, and comfortable working in a modern technology driven environment.
An optional opportunity may also exist for the successful candidate to live onsite within one of our downtown Regina apartment buildings while helping oversee leasing and resident support operations. This could be an excellent fit for someone looking for a highly integrated and convenient working arrangement, though onsite residency is not required for the position.
