Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to delivery
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend the right vehicle solutions
- Deliver confident product presentations and test drives
- Maintain a strong pipeline through disciplined follow‑up
- Achieve monthly sales targets through experience‑driven performance
- Stay current with Hyundai product knowledge and industry trends
- Complete all deal documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of automotive sales experience (Hyundai experience is a strong asset)
- Proven history of consistent performance in a dealership environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate value clearly
- Professional, accountable, and guest‑focused
- Excellent follow‑up and relationship‑building skills
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with clean abstract
