White Brick Therapy is a growing multidisciplinary mental health clinic located within the Wishing Well Health Centre in Stouffville, Ontario. We are a team of 10 unique professionals who are passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, children, and teens navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking to add a Clinical Psychologist or Nurse Practitioner to our team in an independent contractor capacity.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping clients gain clarity, understanding, and access to appropriate care through comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment recommendations.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide diagnostic clarification and formal diagnoses where appropriate
- Develop treatment recommendations and care plans
- Complete assessment reports and clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with our team of psychotherapists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide medication assessment and management within scope of practice (Nurse Practitioner)
- Participate in case consultation and team collaboration as desired
Qualifications
Clinical Psychologist
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Experience providing psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults considered an asset
Nurse Practitioner
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Authorized to diagnose and prescribe within scope of practice
- Experience assessing and treating mental health concerns
- Experience providing diagnostic assessments considered an asset
