OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembling industrial & hydraulic hoses;

Visually inspect completed assemblies;

Delivering product to customers
-
Interact with customers and fulfill their product requests/needs;

Stock handling and inventory managing;
-
Picking and packaging customer orders;
-
Loading/Unloading trucks;
-
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
-
Pressure test hose to ensure accurate, safe and quality made assemblies;
-
Complete miscellaneous shop duties as required.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent;
-
Prior manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset;

Valid Driver’s License required with clean abstract / reliable transportation to and from work;

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment;

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy;

Enjoys a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout your shift;

Ability to learn and function fluently with in house computer software;
-
Contribute to an upbeat atmosphere in the workplace by supporting and aiding all team members;

Excellent communication skills, a mechanical aptitude and detail oriented with a desire to learn;

Awareness of Health & Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries;

Understanding of how to dispose of hazardous waste material in a safe manner.
