We are seeking a Experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in managing and maintaining grain farming operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of farm machinery. This role involves operating heavy equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of our farm operations. Job Description

- Operate various types of heavy machinery and farm equipment safely and efficiently
- Plant crops
- Harvest crops
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills to complete repair and installation tasks
- Conduct heavy lifting as required to move materials or equipment around the farm site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Equipment and Machinery Experience

- Mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining farm machinery and power tools
- Prior experience in agriculture or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
