Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in the production process. Your expertise will ensure that equipment runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely to meet production goals. Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery with precision, following safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to assist in machine setup and adjustments
- Manage inventory and materials within the warehouse, including forklift operation for moving raw materials and finished products
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and document any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Assist with assembly tasks as required, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
