The Role
We are looking for a Kitchen Lead (working role) to support daily operations. This is not a management position. You will work on the line and in prep while helping ensure the kitchen stays organized, stocked, and ready for service. If you are someone who shows up, stays organized, and takes pride in their work, this job could be for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily prep and production
- Help maintain weekly prep structure
- Keep kitchen clean and organized
- Monitor inventory and flag low stock
- Assist with ordering when needed
- Support features and specials
- Help maintain smooth service flow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong reliability and consistency
- Solid kitchen experience (line + prep) minimum 5 years
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working closely with ownership
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Someone who takes ownership without needing a title

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
