Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our retail environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, pricing strategies, and POS transactions.
- Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships to optimize product availability and pricing.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide training & development opportunities, and promote team cohesion.
- Utilize marketing techniques to attract new customers and retain existing clientele through promotional campaigns or special events.
- Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to inform decision-making processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and store policies at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred to effectively serve diverse customer bases.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in training & development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and store management operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
- Leadership qualities combined with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: $52,848.77-$136,970.99 per year
