Canadian Executive Search Group is looking to hire Production and Assembly Operators for an Automotive Manufacturing Facility in Tilbury, Ontario
Role: Production and Assembly Operators
Work Type: Temporary - Permanent
(Full Time 40+ hrs weekly)
Location: Tilbury, Ontario (Not on Bus Route)
Rate: $20.48/Hour + Shift Premiums
Schedule: Bi-Weekly MAD Rotational
- Day's (7:00AM - 3:00PM)
- Afternoons (3:00PM - 11:00PM) - Shift Premium $0.50/hr
- Midnight's (11:PM - 7:00AM) - Shift Premium $0.70/hr
Role Description
- Inspect 100% of part production
- Learn, understand, and complete document charts
- Complete quality checks of product
- Identify product defects and notify appropriate personnel
- Notify assigned personnel of any equipment, material, or process method’s issues and concerns
- Conduct gauging, product inspection and testing as per control plan
- Working safely at all times
- Contributing positively to the team mindset
- Verifying 100% quality production for our customers
- Striving to meet or exceed manufacturing goals
- Solid work ethic
Requirements
- OSSD diploma or equivalent
- Clean criminal background
- Previous manufacturing and assembly experience
- Reliable transportation (not on bus route)
- Must be able to provide valid proof of SIN
- Must be able to work all three rotational shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Steel toed safety boots
