Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs on heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles
- Repair dents, replace damaged panels, and straighten frames
- Assess collision damage and determine appropriate repair procedures
- Operate welding equipment, frame machines, hand tools, and power tools
- Prepare surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, priming, and masking
- Conduct final quality inspections to ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with technicians and management to meet repair deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of collision repair experience
- Heavy-duty truck collision repair experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of body repair procedures and structural alignment
- Experience using welding equipment, frame machines, and body repair tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time position
- Minimum 40 hours per week

Experience
- Heavy Duty Auto Body / Collision Repair: 3+ years preferred
