Hair Stylist
Duties:
- Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, treatments and styling.
- Offer excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Upsell salon services to enhance the client experience.
- Recommend appropriate products for clients' hair type and needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and sanitize tools and equipment.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling cash transactions.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a hair stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to upsell salon products and services.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques for hair care products.
- Effective communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Familiarity with front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and cash handling.
- Understanding of proper sanitation practices for tools and equipment.
