Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time OTC and Cosmetic Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations. You will plan and supervise production to ensure safety, efficiency, and GMP compliance. This hands-on role involves managing staff, monitoring processes, maintaining schedules, and collaborating across departments. Regular physical work is required, including standing and frequently lifting 25–50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end batch manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
· Coordinate daily with Operations, QA, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Filling teams.
· Review and update SOPs, work instructions, and production forms.
· Ensure accurate and timely completion of batch records, cleaning logs, and equipment logs.
· Execute scheduled batches, assign workstations, and supervise production personnel.
· Support new product development and scale-up from R&D to commercial production.
· Operate batching PLC systems and oversee batch adjustments.
· Verify raw material weights and batch ticket information.
· Assist with OOS investigations, change controls, and CAPAs.
· Assist with handling, dispensing, and sampling of raw materials.
· Support duties of Dispenser, Batcher and/or Sanitation staff.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
· 3–5+ years of production experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, OTC, or chemical manufacturing.
· Strong understanding of GMP, batch processes, and regulated manufacturing environments.
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
· Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
· Comfortable working with PLC systems (asset).

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
