We are seeking a front of store Customer Support Specialist. If you friendly, enjoy helping customer, are interested in learning about home leisure and have a desire to learn or get into sales , then we want to hear from you.
In this position, you will help with the day-to-day operation of the store including but not limited to such tasks as:
- Opening & closing of the store including cash out
- Greeting & Assisting customers on the phone and in store with product and service requests.
- Processing sales of various products on our computer
- Following up with customer requests via email and telephone.
- Re-stocking of shelves
- General cleaning duties
- Testing customer water samples on our computer based water lab and interpreting results
- Follow company policy & procedures
- You will be required to represent Premium Home Leisure in a professional manner at all times even outside of work hours in person and all on-line and digital mediums.
You will be required to be neat & clean in appearance with good personal hygiene. Dress code is Semi-Casual. Jeans must be clean with minimal rips and holes. Casual Shorts, Skirts and dresses so long as they are not board shorts or athletic shorts are allowed and fall around or just above knee length. No open toed shoes.
Scheduled hours are currently 10am – 5:30 pm Mon thru Friday and 10-4:30 Saturday. These may be subject to change temporarily or permanently to accommodate promotions, seasonal peaks or change in customer patterns. You are required to be at work at least 15 min before store open to ready to work for 10am. We have no set breaks or lunch times, it simply happens as store traffic dictates. Other than special situations, your lunch break is 30 minutes and is taken in the store as you are paid for your lunch break.
Your rate of pay will be $17/hr to start. As a front of store customer support specialist.
Plus incentives that can add another $2-$5 /hr.
AFTER 30 DAYS – You will be eligible to receive the following incentives.
Team Reliability Incentive - $250 / Month.
Water Care Knowledge –
- If you successfully complete our water care knowledge exam you will receive a $100 Visa gift card.
AFTER 90 DAYS Successful Employment
Increase in base pay to $18/hr
- Company Benefits Program- which is paid 50% by you and 50% by the company. It offers Dental, Drug, Massage, chiropractor, Physiotherapist and Employee Assistance program along with long-term disability insurance.
- $500 one-time incentive- For completing your probationary period, payable in the following commission payout period.
AFTER 180 DAYS Successful Employment
- A $1000 retention bonus paid during the commission payout following completion of six months of employment.
