Ottawa Cleaners is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Heavy Duty cleaning professionals to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep when required by clients
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards at all times during cleaning procedures
- Keep track of supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential environments preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact positively with clients
- Experience or background in hospitality or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrivals at client locations

Pay: $18.43-$18.45 per hour
