We are seeking a dedicated restaurant server with barista experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident, fast-paced, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences—whether on the floor or behind the coffee bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
- Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment with care and precision
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards at the coffee bar and service stations
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and payments responsibly
- Assist with restocking, prep, and general front-of-house duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH team members during busy service periods
Requirements & Experience
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong barista skills, including milk frothing, cold foam preparation, and basic latte art
- Solid understanding of food handling, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability for mornings, weekends, and occasional evenings is an asset
