Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cabinet Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee our production processes at our location in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring our craftsmanship meets the highest standards while aligning with our company's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the cabinet manufacturing production team.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Manage supply chain activities to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain product excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet client specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably within woodworking or cabinetry industries.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze processes for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
