MRO Coordinator
Location: Ajax, ON
Term: Contract position – 24 months
Shift: Days – Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 4 pm, Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
Pay Rate: $24 - $27 per hour (based on experience)
• Must be able to meet Services Canada CGP requirement to a NATO level clearance
- Position is 100% on site
- Interviews will be in person
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the R&O Shop
- Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations
- Entering batch reports into SAP system
- Optimizes work processes to improve efficiency
- Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required
- Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability
- Willing to carry AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years’ experience in production planning
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- SAP experience an asset
- Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to airworthiness requirements an asset
