Position Description:
The Lady Dunn Health Centre Foundation is seeking a highly organized, community-minded, and detail-oriented Foundation Coordinator to support the Foundation’s fundraising, donor relations, financial administration, and marketing activities.
This position plays an important role in helping the Foundation strengthen healthcare services and community support initiatives through effective administration, donor stewardship, and fundraising coordination.
1.1. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
· Provide day-to-day administrative support for Foundation operations
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and correspondence
· Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records
· Assist with event planning and Foundation activities
· Respond to donor and public inquiries professionally and promptly
Financial Record Keeping
· Maintain accurate financial and donation records
· Process donations, issue charitable tax receipts, and reconcile reports
· Assist with budgeting and preparation of financial documentation
· Track fundraising revenue and expenses
· Work closely with accounting personnel and auditors as required
Data & Donor Management
· Maintain and update donor databases with accuracy and confidentiality
· Generate donor reports, mailing lists, and campaign tracking information
· Support donor stewardship initiatives and recognition programs
· Ensure compliance with privacy and charitable record-keeping standards
Marketing & Fundraising
· Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events
· Create promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content
· Support community engagement and donor communications
· Help identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
· Promote Foundation initiatives within the community
Qualifications
· Postsecondary education in administration, business, marketing, fundraising, or a related field is considered an asset
· Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, fundraising, or nonprofit work preferred
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems
· Experience with social media and marketing platforms is an asset
· Valid Ontario Full G Driver’s Licence required
· Access to a reliable vehicle required
· Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Pay: $30.79-$34.62 per hour
