The Role
You will assist the Corporate Production Manager to help execute corporate orders flawlessly, and on time. You should be a detail-oriented, motivated individual who loves to get things done and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You are solutions-oriented and know how to keep calm even when things don’t go as planned. You are the liaison between the Corporate Production Manager and the floor: ultimately, helping them execute on all tasks that are required for our corporate orders. You’ll help coordinate the details that keep orders moving from production to fulfillment including tracking customized products, printing shipping labels, verifying addresses, and ensuring sales orders are ready to be produced by the warehouse team. You’ll also assist with picking and shipping ready-to-ship gift box orders.
Responsibilities
B2B Management
· Supporting Corporate Production Manager whenever needed
· Participates in various Sales & Production meetings as deemed necessary
· Manages order tracking for all Corporate orders, including support ordering as needed
· Leads Corporate shipping label process: quality control of address spreadsheets, communicating necessary address edits with clients, and printing of labels for bulk orders
· Assist with receiving inventory and putting it away in proper location
B2B Admin
· Understanding and regular use of e-commerce management software including but not limited to Shopify, Shipstation, SOS Inventory
· Provide Order Tracking for bulk corporate orders
- Monitor damages and returns log, communicate with clients on RTS packages, providing timely updates and next steps to distribution center, create rework sales orders
B2B Fulfillment
· Creates sample prototype box for all builds for fulfillment team to follow to highest Foodiepages aesthetic and “shippability” standard
· Fulfillment of e-commerce orders with high degree of detail and in a timely manner
· Assist in management of inventory (raw and packaged) as needed
· Assists with prep work during “downtime” to ensure smooth Production process during peak periods season, including: building boxes, cleaning stations, refilling tape guns, labeling shelves, pulling inventory for builds
· Assist Corporate Production Manager with setting up stations for kitting gifts
· Monitor detailed quality control on all shipments, including the coordination of personalized notes and labels per gift box
General
· Ensure that a clean and organized work area is maintained
· Perform other related warehouse duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
· Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity
About You
- 1-3 years of professional work experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of MS Office & Google Drive
- A proactive team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Detail-oriented, great follow-up, results-driven professional with outstanding communication skills; both internally to team and externally to customers
- Ability to juggle competing priorities & demands
· Ability to stand for extended periods of times (7-8 hrs)
· Must be able to lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 40 lbs
· Must have excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability
· Must be eligible to work in Canada
