Job description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario (required).
- Minimum 2 years of recent RPN experience (required).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in long-term care, community nursing, acute care, or hospital settings is considered an asset.

Pay: $33.00-$36.00 per hour
