Administrative & Customer Support Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative & Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role serves as one of the primary points of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors while providing administrative support to the sales team and office staff. The successful candidate will help ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly, information is communicated effectively, and office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate salesperson or department.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, gathering information, and assisting with customer follow-up.
- Maintain customer records and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems.
- Assist with order administration, customer documentation, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and office correspondence.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing office calendars when required.
- Help maintain office supplies and support the day-to-day operation of the office.
- Contribute to a professional, organized, and customer-focused office environment.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer service, reception, office support, or coordination experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable learning and using computer software and business systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple departments.
- Experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry would be considered an asset.
Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
