We’re currently hiring Class 3 Driver at our facility in Langford, BC!
About PacRim:
PacRim Distribution, a warehousing and trucking company located in Nanaimo, providing direct store delivery to business establishment through Vancouver Island. PacRim is a subsidiary of ContainerWorld Group of Companies with its head office in Richmond B.C.
Position: Class 3 Driver
Hours: Tuesdays – Fridays or Mondays-Thursdays (4 days x 10 hours shift)
Position Overview:
Delivers products to commercial businesses. Interacts with customers in a professional manner to deliver and provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Duties:

Daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections
-
Completion of daily trip logs
-
Delivery of packaged and kegged goods to licensee locations.

Report any faults or safety issues pertaining to vehicle to Warehouse Supervisor.

Adhere and abide by the National Safety Code.
Qualifications:
-
Hold a valid Class 3 Driver’s License with a clean commercial driver’s abstract (N type)

Be physically fit and capable of lifting 45lbs on a regular basis

Be bondable
-
Having at least 6 months of driving experience with direct to store deliveries (DSD) is preferred.

Basic mechanical abilities is considered an asset

Strong customer service skills.
