Align Orthotics is a patient-centered clinic specializing in custom orthotic assessment, fitting, and treatment. We are dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, comfort, and overall quality of life through evidence-based orthotic care.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Orthotic Client Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Kinesiology or a related field who is interested in biomechanics, human movement, patient care, and working in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their clinic experience
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Assist with patient intake and documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Process insurance forms and communicate with third-party providers
- Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative and patient care coordination tasks
- Educate patients regarding appointments, orthotic fittings, and follow-up care as directed
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Exercise Science, or a related health sciences field
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and human movement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or a clinical setting is advantageous

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
