Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining consistency and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen
- Lead menu planning and contribute to the development of new dishes that align with restaurant branding
- Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and service standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless serving experiences for guests
- Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to uphold hospitality excellence and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food industry operations
- Supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong background in restaurant management or kitchen leadership roles
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and lead by example
- Experience with menu development, food presentation, and serving techniques
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry’s best practices for customer service and operational efficiency
