We are currently looking to grow our team with a skilled Maintenance Crew Member who has the experience and leadership potential to step up as a Crew Lead.
What You’ll Do
- Precision Mowing: Safely and efficiently operate commercial ride-on mowers/zero-turns, and other specialized turf equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- General Maintenance: Perform routine property maintenance including string trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and debris cleanup.
- Crew Leadership: Guide, motivate, and work alongside a small crew to ensure daily routes are completed on time and up to our quality standards.
- Equipment Care: Perform basic daily checks on equipment (checking oil, cleaning decks, reporting mechanical issues)
What We Are Looking For
- The Mower Expert: You have extensive, hands-on experience operating commercial ride-on mowers. You know how to handle different terrains safely and leave a clean, professional stripe.
- Reliable & Responsible: You show up on time, ready to work, and take ownership of your daily tasks.
- A Team Player: You bring a positive attitude, communicate well with others, and are willing to pitch in wherever needed to get the job done.
- Leadership Potential: You are organized, can direct a crew efficiently, and lead by example.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, light rain) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (ability to drive a truck and trailer is a huge plus).
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
